Face Embeddings

Mukha generates facial embeddings on the user’s device for identity verification.

Only the generated facial embeddings are securely transmitted and stored for attendance verification purposes.

Mukha does not intentionally store the original facial image after the embedding has been generated.

Camera Permission

Mukha requires access to the device camera for:

Employee face enrollment
Attendance verification

The camera is activated only when initiated by the user.

How We Use Your Information

The collected information is used to:

Authenticate administrators
Register employees
Generate facial embeddings
Verify employee attendance
Maintain attendance history
Improve application security

Data Storage

Mukha stores application data using secure backend services.

Face embeddings are securely transmitted over HTTPS and stored using Firebase-backed infrastructure and the application’s database.

Attendance records and employee information are stored to provide attendance management services.

Mukha does not sell personal information.

With the organization operating Mukha.
When required by applicable law.

Mukha does not use collected information for advertising purposes.

Data Security

Mukha implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information.

Data transmitted between the mobile application and backend services is encrypted using HTTPS.

Employee information, attendance records, and face embeddings are retained only as long as necessary to provide attendance management services.

Organizations using Mukha may delete employee information and associated face embeddings when they are no longer required.
